Field Study

There isn't snow anymore, due to the change in weather. There wasn't any activity or noise

Pictures from my visit:   Visit Information: Oct. 30, 2022  3:21 PM Cloudy High of 61ºF, Low of 40 ºF Length of day: 10 hours 23 minutes, (8:16-6:39) Organisms smelt: none Organisms felt: bark, leaves Organisms seen: trees, leaves, plants, Organisms heard: some insects Observations:   The trees had changed a lot since my last visit, most of the leaves had fallen and they had all changed color. Lots of the plants are dying, and this is what most of the ground looks like now: Also this happened right next to my actual field study area, but I thought it was worth noticing. A few trees had fallen over and taken the ground with them:

 Pictures from my visit: Visit Information: Oct. 9, 2022  3:46 PM Partly Cloudy, breezy High of 61ºF, Low of 50 ºF Length of day: 11 hours 20 minutes 58 seconds, (7:50-7:12) Organisms smelt: Trees Organisms felt: bark, leaves, sticks, mushrooms/fungus Organisms seen: trees, leaves, plants, mushrooms/fungus Organisms heard: some insects Observations:    Although there was not a noticeable difference in the trees, there were quite a few leaves on the ground. The leaves also began to have a yellow-tint to them. Additionally, the Mushrooms/fungi found last visit seemed to be dead/dying.      Leaves on the ground, as you can see there are a lot more yellow ones. The mushroom that appeared on my last visit, seems to be dying now. Sound Map from my visit:

Pictures from my second visit: Visit Information: Sept. 25, 2022  2:40 PM Partly Cloudy, Brief Rain High of 63ºF, Low of 54 ºF Length of day: 12 hours 1 minute (7:-8:10) Organisms smelt: Pine trees, wet wood Organisms felt: bark, leaves, sticks, mushrooms/fungus Organisms seen: trees, leaves, plants, lots of mushrooms/fungus Organisms heard: some insects Observations:     Since it had been raining quite a bit, it was more muddy than the first visit and there were a lot of mushrooms/fungus that were not there during my first visit. As for the leaf fall and color, I haven't noticed any change. I could also hear less wildlife than I did the first visit. Some pictures of the mushroom/fungus from my visit:  It was hard to get in a picture, but there were at least 25-30 mushrooms/fungus that had appeared in one area since my last visit
